A Room VPN subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our apps and network on the number of devices your plan covers, which is shown on the plan and in your dashboard. Plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Every new plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Room VPN isn't for you, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.

Acceptable use

Room VPN is built to protect privacy, not to enable harm. You agree not to use the service for:

• Illegal activity or infringing others' rights
• Sending spam or launching network attacks
• Reselling or reidentifying the service as your own
• Anything that degrades the network for other members

Availability

We work hard to keep the network fast and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or adjust locations as needed to keep things running.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continuing to use Room VPN means you accept the current terms.
