Legal
Your privacy, in plain words.
We built Room VPN so there'd be almost nothing to write here. This policy explains exactly what that means for your data.
Last updated: 24 August 2026
The short version
We do not record what you do online: no browsing history, no destinations, no DNS queries. We do keep a session record for each connection — including the address you connected from — and you can read your own on your dashboard. The no-logs page lists every field it holds.
What we don't collect
- Websites you visit or apps you use
- DNS queries
- Anything about the contents of your traffic
What we do collect
Enough to run the account and no more, listed rather than summarised. A session record is kept for every connection; the no-logs page itemises it.
- Your email address, the name you gave at sign-up, and your password as a hash
- Your plan, and whether the account is suspended
- The preferences you set: exit countries, cities and ISPs, your proxy and Smart DNS regions, and any IP addresses you authorise
- Whether two-factor is switched on
- Which versions of these Terms and this Policy you agreed to, and when
- A session record per connection — the address you connected from, the device, the timings and the bytes
How we use it
Only to operate your subscription, provide support, and keep the apps stable. We never use your data for advertising or profiling, and we never sell it — to anyone, for any reason.
Your rights
You can read your account data and your session history on your dashboard, and delete your account from its settings. When you delete it, the record is removed from our systems.
There is no one-click export today. Ask through the contact form and we will send you what we hold — this page would rather say that than list a button nobody has built.
